Wade New Materials 2023 Annual Management Work Summary Conference was held at the Handan Headquarters. The meeting reviewed the work of the past year, exchanged experiences, shared the joys of hard work, and made arrangements and plans for the work in 2024.

Executive Director Chang Jinxiu delivered a concluding speech on the company’s financial work. She noted that the financial department overcame great difficulties and challenges in the past year. It conducted scientific scheduling and risk prevention in fund management, tax management, asset management and other aspects, providing sound financial support for the enterprise.

General Manager Chen Haoran made a detailed summary and review of the company’s management work, analyzed existing problems, and carefully arranged the work for 2024. He required all Wade staff to carry out solid and effective work closely around the annual work plan and organizational requirements.

Executive Deputy General Manager Xie Xin focused on summarizing the work of Daye Factory. He shared the achievements and experience in the technical research, innovative cooperation and market development of the Yinengde BIPV project. He stated that he would firmly implement the company’s plans, actively manage the Daye Factory, and make new contributions to the enterprise’s development.

Deputy General Manager Xie Biao summarized and reported on the work of Cheng’an Factory, with a focus on new energy project cooperation and international trade cooperation. He stated that 2024 would be a year full of challenges, and everyone should unite sincerely and work hard for the new year’s goals.

During the meeting, supervisors of all units and departments delivered work summary reports and expressed their determination to perform their duties well and complete the annual work plans and tasks assigned by the company.
