The 2022 year-end management summary conference of Wade New Materials was successfully held

Mr. Xie Fuqiang, Chairman of Wade New Materials, delivered the opening speech.

Heads of all units and departments presented their 2022 annual management work reports respectively.

Mr. Xie Xin, General Manager of Wade New Materials Hubei Daye Factory, put forward the "Two Orientations Awareness" – "Seek Efficiency from Management and Seek Efficiency from Resources", and elaborated on the key work priorities for 2023.

Mr. Xie Biao, General Manager of Wade New Materials Hebei Cheng'an Factory, shared Su Shi's philosophy of "Charge at the toughest and aim at the farthest" expounded on the 2023 work objectives of Cheng'an Factory, and put forward valuable suggestions for future development.

Mr. Lai Yanpeng, Deputy General Manager of Wade New Materials, gave a detailed introduction to Wade's "Yinengde" BIPV (Building Integrated Photovoltaics) products and the BIPV carport pilot project at the Hubei Daye Factory.

Mr. Li Xianbin, Deputy General Manager of Hubei Daye Factory, focused on reporting the factory's 2022 work in production, safety, environmental protection, intellectual property rights, and administrative personnel affairs. The Daye Factory worked together in unity, strived for innovation, and forged ahead tenaciously.

Mr. Li Chongxun, Deputy General Manager of Anhui Langxi Factory, focused on reporting the factory's 2022 management work and the analysis and forecast of the East China market, making important contributions to the company's 2023 layout in East China.

Ms. Ding Jie, Marketing Department Manager, reported on the Marketing Department's 2022 management work and the 2023 work plan and objectives.

Mr. Chen Haoran, General Manager of Wade New Materials, delivered the 2022 Annual Management Work Summary Report. General Manager Chen summarized the company's achievements in 2022, reviewed the experiences and events of the year, concisely clarified the challenges facing the company, and detailed the deployment of the company's key work priorities and objectives for 2023.

Ms. Chang Jinxiu, Executive Chairman of Wade New Materials, put forward guiding opinions on Wade's 2022 work and 2023 plans, emphasizing the need to enhance execution to achieve high-quality development of the company.

He also required all management personnel to earnestly implement the spirit of this conference, study,  it thoroughly; uphold the spirit of hard work, innovative striving, doing everything possible, standing together through thick and thin, overcoming difficulties, and winning victory in 2023.
